 helloooooo, today i am showing my art of my best pal drik over the years!! i think i have a little crush... maybe...

from 2020 when we hated him... he was something else before but thankfully we managed to cure him. now he's just a fly white guy 😎 also this might be my first ever drawing of him i forgot because one of my exes kept all my old diaries and probably burned them or something idk

this is a little jump, but it's from 2022, he's starting to look a little more like himself but i wasn't that skilled yet, plus i hated coloring traditionally!! it used to stress me out and it was so difficult but that's only because i was in a very pressure art class, but now i'm in AP art so i'm doing a little better now...

here's the full art. hey look randy's there being chased by a turkey! how fitting for this month LOL i'm pretty sure i drew this for thanksgiving too!

bonus image, this was the sketch and it made me mad because drik's hair was messed up and it looked nothing like him!! but thankfully i figured out how to fix it.

it's a bit ugly, may redo. it's supposed to be the len singing the song but i tried to make him not look so much like len because the rin in this album (from the yorokobi no kuni song) looks like rin already and i don't want them to look like siblings because i know how people are with rin and len...

yume 2kki is my favorite game in the world. i drew kagamine len, urotsuki and wakasagihime all together in this picture!! the background image was from pinterest, but i drew over it instead because i was nervous about it being ai and i didn't want it to overshadow my work! ;(

i should keep this blog more up to date. i usually post my works in many different places but this should always be my core place. i might stop posting stuff on instagram because  it's just not the same anymore. ever since they got rid of recent hashtags years ago, work from small artists goes unseen. i'm nervous about posting on deviant art because i'm always paranoid my art will get used for training ai... and i hate the thought of my art being published with no credits by others... this mindset is killing me!!! but things like this happen so often now!!!

it's a little offputting..... this is my work for a new song i'm making (even though i should really finish my ongoing album...)

so far i have a name plans for it...

hazukashii means embarrassment or shyness i think and kankaku is feelings?? and maybe the song can be called はずかしかんかく which is exactly what i just wrote for "feelings of embarrassment" or "embarrassing feelings"... i was gonna name the song as "THAT 「FUNNY」FEELING THAT OCCURS" but it is kinda long and even though i usually like to put long titles i think i'll shorten it this time unless i plan a new title...

i have some english lyrics for it but i wanted to try and write it in japanese

so it's a song about unwanted thoughts that i cannot control and i've been planning it for a while already now. this was my progress but i'm working on translation... i know google translate is not too great to use when learning but it helps me a little, and i also use a japanese dictionary like shirabe jisho and also a physical one i have at home. i used to use deepl but i think it's getting a little wonky with the accuracy and i discovered google is getting a little better now, but i'm trying my best to learn vocabulary and grammar still. i hope it's not bad that i get a little extra help.....
